We spent 2 nights at Dean’s place and it was perfect. Dean is a responsive host and as soon as we booked the chalet he gave exact instructions/directions on how to find his place and took our car reg so we didn’t need to worry about registering when we arrived. The chalet was in immaculate condition. It had everything we needed for our stay, including cleaning equipment (I took my own but was pleasantly surprised when I saw that he provides these things). The cutlery, knife set, pots and pans were all of very good quality. Before arriving, we asked if the chalet had an iron and ironing board. He said it’s not something he usually provides but he took one there before we got there. My 2 children were thrilled when they saw the outdoor equipment and the games that were available to use. The beds and the sofa were very comfortable. It has plenty of storage and overall is a great place to stay. Dean is a fantastic host and we are already looking at when we can come back and stay.

Amazing chalet with the right amenities. We were 5 in total and everyone of us loved it. Dean was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a coastal getaway!

We had a great stay, chalet was in great condition and well presented. Enabled us to enjoy our stay and enjoy our time at Selsey. Access was good and Deans clear instructions meant no issues upon arrival would have no hesitancy in recommending or booking again.

the chalet, was clean and tidy, beds were comfy. well equipped kitchen to cook and eat in comfort. high chair was provided and easy access to the property. Dean was very helpful. would recommend
