The house was spacious and easily slept 7 of us. 5 bathrooms is unheard of in Mumbai, was much appreciated...this is where the good part of the review ends! The rugs were dirty, the sofa was super dusty, there were clothes hanging on clothesline (unacceptable), kitchen looked like a healthy hazard (we were scared to touch some of the kitchen cloths), house didn't have any soul or design aesthetic. For the price we paid (9000₹) per person for 2 nights v felt highly disappointed. The rug in the living room was torn at the corners n full of stains, the table in the living room was past it's expiry date. The house didn't look like the pics, the loos didn't have decent and required toiletries, also didn't have bins and could definitely be cleaner. The owners need to do some work in making it look like a 32000+ per night place so that guests get there money's worth.

The caretaker was very helpful, kind and hospitable. The accommodation was basic. It felt expensive for the location and condition of the accommodation.

Good place, good stay

The flat was large and spacious enough for two families. Plenty of space to sit and relax, versus a small hotel room. Kailash was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Every morning he would bring milk, helped with dry cleaning and started the laundry machine for us. The linens and towels were clean. However, the kitchen (sink, fridge, drawers, etc) was not very clean, and while then bathrooms were mostly clean they are outdated.

it was a well maintained and ventilated homely stay. caretaker was humble and helpful. suggestion: AC in hall will be a good addition to it.
