We loved our stay at Charlotte’s place. We were in town for the Final Four and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the stadium. Super impressed with all the “extras” from snacks, bathroom necessities, even a welcome bottle of wine. Dog friendly with toys and a bed provided. Having a garage spot was also great. Enjoyed walking to breakfast at Campbell’s. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town for events in Glendale.

A perfect 5 star space and such a dream stay at Charlotte’s place. It had everything so beautifully curated, clean, and beyond comfortable. Can’t wait to book another stay here this fall :)

Easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Charlotte's place was very clean and well maintained. There was lots for our 5 year old to do, and a garage gym for Mom and Dad! The space was well appointed (Charlotte has great taste!) and Charlotte provides everything you may ever need. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic like-new rental unit in great location for NW Phoenix/Peoria activities and close desert/mountain views. Hosts are wonderful-most thoughtful hosts experienced so far. We really appreciated the great snack options, water in fridge, all the coffee accessories, etc. left by hosts for us. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you get the chance!
