Clean Bright room with a canal view in a fantastic location for a stay in Chester as the apartment is a 2/3 minute walk into Chester town centre to shops, bars, restaurants. Chester train station is a 2 minute walk. Free parking in the secure garage under the building. This is a nice relaxed quiet place to unwind. I work from my room I can be on hand should you require anything. Tea, coffee facilitys are available. Close links to the M56, Deeside, vauxhall, Airbus. Clean, fresh room overlooking the canal. Comfortable double bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, hanging rail. Desk and chair. Tv. Roku stick with netflix. Wi-Fi. Hairdryer. tea and coffee facilities. Porridge, croissant, cereal, cereal bar is in your room. 1 pint of semi skimmed milk, yoghurt, and cheese will be in the mini fridge in your room under the tv. Clean bright bathroom is shared with me there is cleaning product's, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Toilet roll, wipes. Kitchen is clean and bright shared with me. There is milk in the fridge should you wish to use it. The balcony is shared with me it contains a table and chairs, with privacy screening decorated to look like a little garden. I have a little BBQ on the balcony. Iron and travel ironing board. This is a perfect stay for solo females. Business trip's. City breaks. On arrival guests will be greeted by me and given a code to access the building main door and the underground car park along with a spare key for the apartment and the room. If you have not advised me of your time of arrival and i am working in my room i will leave a key for you to access the property. It is best to provide me with a time of arrival to prevent you waiting around. You can use the Underground car park i will need notice to ensure the allocated space is available free of charge. If you have bikes you can put them in the car park. It is Safe and secure.
