Spacious two bedroom Basement with private entrance, located close to Denver international airport and gaylord rockies resort. The property is a full basement, with a private entrance. The entrance is located on Gibraltar CT facing west. Recently and beautifully finished, this basement comes with two large bedrooms, with large windows allowing enough natural light in the rooms, a small kitchen, living room, with a large TV, a free Netflix access, free Wi-Fi, a dining area, private washer and dryer and a cozy bathroom with a walking shower. It is located 11 min drive from DIA, and just a street across Gaylord Rockies resort and convention. The main entrance is equipped with a Yale touch lock. To use it just touch the Yale icon, enter the code on the displayed keypad and hit the check ✅ button.

I stayed at Rachid’s place for a work conference at the Gaylord Rockies resort and it was great! Affordable, clean and easy to check in and check out. Loved it!

This place is perfect for many things. It’s within a short walk of the resort so you can avoid paying for parking if you’re there for a conference. It’s a quiet, safe, and very nice neighborhood. Lots of hiking trails within a short drive. And it’s so close to the airport. I will look to stay here anytime I’m in the Denver area!
