The place was perfect for our family of three. The host was responsive, and check in was a breeze. The place had everything we needed and we had a lovely stay. If you like a firm mattress you will love the bed here. There was always plenty of parking, and The place is within walking distance of several restaurants.

Allie's apt. is large, and is just a few minutes drive to downtown St. Pete, and Crescent Lake Park. It has a new fridge and new oven. When I had a problem with the towels there, she fixed the problem within one day. Allie communities quickly and helpfully by text message. Note: Allie's apt. is on the 2nd floor. It's rather dark at night on the sidewalk in front of the apt. I note that a light automatically goes on once you're going up the stairs, which is helpful. There was a $200 cleaning fee. I found this rather high, as all the other Fla. Airbnb cleaning fees I have visited were mostly $100. I had a problem with the front burner of the oven. The rest of the burners worked fine, as did the oven.

Walkable to downtown. The airbnb was really cute and had all the items we needed for our stay.

Really enjoyed my time at this unit. I used to live downtown St Pete and was nice to be back in the area again. Rest location with quick access to downtown St Pete, the unit is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of accessible street parking (and more parking in back). The unit was a perfect size for me and my two pets. Allie and her cohost Brittany were super responsive and easy to get ahold of. I am renting from them again for the month of April. :)

there's not enough space for my review! I really hate writing a negative review, but I think to be fair to future guest, I must. First, I want to give you the positives. We really liked the location, 20-25 minute walk to downtown Saint Petersburg, about the same distance to the beach at Vinoy Park. There are several small lakes within easy walking distance. Restaurants of all types are within 10-15 minute walking distance. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable. When we arrived I called the host to receive the code for self-check-in. she gave the code and told me that they had hired a new manager, her name is Brittany (I hope I have the spelling correct). I was very impressed by Brittany. She was hired the day we arrived. She was super responsive to all the problems we had. Unfortunately, the issues were many and many outside the abilities of a manager to solve quickly. 1. We reserved the apartment for three people (all adults).(only half of review the worst would follow)
