Daniel's place could not have been any more perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and the rooms were cozy. There was almost no cell service and we did have issues with getting the TVs working however Daniel was response when we reached out. He was also very kind to leave 2 cases of water as the tap water isn't the best. For what we needed the space for (enough beds and amenities to make dinner a few nights) it exceeded my expectations. Our trip was to enjoy the beautiful area, take a Rail Tour and visit breweries (which were all close by). Great house in an extremely beautiful area...thanks again for all your help!

The renovated farmhouse is outstanding! Plenty of room for a large group, clean and two kitchens! It was close to all of our baseball destinations and the local restaurants! The only downside was little or no cell phone service at the house. The internet was spotty for the first few days and non existent for the last few days. No internet, no tv and no cell phone service.

Wonderful place for a large group!! We had a tournament in Cooperstown so we rented the entire house for a group of baseball players and their families to stay (11 kids and 6 adults). There were just enough beds and the beds were comfortable (soft and nice linens). The place was spacious and we never felt crowded. There is not a lot of 'yard' as the majority of the acreage around the house is steep/hilly, but there is sufficient space to gather outside at the provided furniture for a fire and/or play a yard game like cornhole. The house was clean and still smelled brand new. There was plenty of seating and storage room. The water pressure was great, even with 4 showers running through consecutive showers but the water is a bit salty (treatment) so I would recommend bringing a few gallons to cook with. There is no cell service but there is ok wifi. We were all pleased with the house and, should our boys team return in coming years, we would certainly look here first!!

a brand new built-up house with everything is new. had a great time over a weekend. the host is nice and easy to communicate with.
