We are located in the center city of Atlantic City. AC is like most cities - things like noise from music and cars driving by, or the occasional panhandler can walk past the block. If being in a local city area is something that might make you uncomfortable, this may not be the neighborhood for you. Our house is updated and safe, but we know different folks have different expectations for their surrounding areas and want to be upfront about what to expect. We cannot control what happens outside of our house, but we always make sure that our guests are comfortable and safe inside. My property manager lives down the block and is available if needed.

Free street parking can be found across the street. We are on the beach block and there are usually 1-2 spots in front. But during the summer, weekend or holiday it will be much busier. Although the sign states there is a 3-hour parking limit, our guests are able to park there overnight since we are residents there.
We left two (2) resident visitor’s parking passes on the table for our guests. You just need to put the pass inside the front window of your car. Parking can be found by circling around the neighborhood. You can park within a 2-block radius except parking lots or meter spots. Zone “B” parking pass allows you to park anywhere from Missouri to Albany Avenue. The parking permit can only be used for three (3) consecutive days. You will have to move the car every 3 days. NJ Law: Parking left wheel to curb is illegal, so please park your car facing the right direction.
*VERY IMPORTANT* Please put the parking passes back on the table before you check out or there will be a $500 fine for each missing pass. The city no longer allows us to get replacement passes. So these are the only passes we have until the next year!
Paid parking is $5-15 up to 12 hours at the parking lots on both sides of the street. Tropicana also has parking for $20-30 and you don't have to pay until you move the car again.
