If you want a first class, pristine property, close enough to the centre of Cowes but without the noise, then you should book this. The house is very well appointed with excellent attention to detail. I don't think there was anything I felt I needed that I couldn't find in a cupboard. We will definitely be back.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris’s place and would definitely come back if visiting Cowes. The property has recently been re-furnished to a very high and tasteful standard and had everything we needed and more. The location is fantastic too - a couple of minutes walk from Cowes main high street. Chris is also a very helpful and friendly host. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely few days in Cowes and were lucky to have beautiful weather! The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and renovated to a high standard. It's location is perfect for the town with shops, pubs and restaurants very nearby and the actually road is very quiet. The parking permit worked really well and it was never a problem to park. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if visiting Cowes.

We had a lovely stay at Chris' house in Cowes. The house has been newly renovated and everything was pristine and beautifully designed. The best thing about the house for us was its location which is just a few minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Cowes, but the street is really quiet and peaceful. Chris provided us with a parking permit and we never struggled to park in the vicinity of the house. He was also very quick to respond to my messages and provided some good tips for lovely dog friendly places to eat. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Chris's house to other visitors to the Isle of White.
