Our Townhouse is located within the Harlingen Country Club; a small, quiet, & very well-maintained golf community. Our neighborhood is vigilant with its own Police Dept. There’s nothing else like it: safe & quiet w/2000 sq. ft. of space; updated with a large kitchen & 2 living areas, an outdoor covered/open patio & 2 car garage. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs w/2.5 baths. Home has a modern & clean feel that’s relaxing & comfortable. You will sleep like a baby & absolutely enjoy your stay. All the beds and bedding are new and very comfortable. The bottom floor is light gray slate tile with multiple places to lounge. The Kitchen has seating for eight and is well equipped. House has a foyer and rear patio that is half open and half covered. The community is beautiful and such a pleasure to take a morning run or an evening stroll. People are friendly and waive hello. It’s the friendliest and nicest place to live in Harlingen.

Richard’s place was exactly what we needed for the reason we were in town (my boss’ wedding). It was in a great residential area with kind neighbors. There was a small wifi issue that was outside of Richard’s control, yet he got the issue solved right away the following day. I think the cleaning service could’ve done a better job, but overall a good stay.

Richard was really helpful and clear with the instructions! Once we got to his place we felt right at home. Super clean and everything worked, we had no issues! My family and I will definitely be staying here again when we come visit our family in Harlingen ◡̈ Thank you so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. We didn’t see a single bug during our stay! The snacks were a welcome surprise. Coffee and toiletries provided were also appreciated. The enclosed patio was a great play area for our kids.
