Our cottage is located in a very peaceful and private location near Wood Shire, Sunny Side and Crescent Park. The back yard is very private and surround by trees which most of them bloom flowers in the early spring making it even more of a sight! Enjoy the hot tub which is OPEN ALL YEAR LONG!! Please remember this is our home & not the Shangri-La or Fairmont. The cottage it’s self is completely private, but keep in mind we do live on the property and have a family, a ten year old boy and our two year old daughter as well as we our grandmother we care for. Please be respectful to my family. You may see me and my family around the property playing outside and enjoying the scenery. Never right outside the cottage though unless other wise spoken about to do yard work or other maintenance. What I’m trying to make clear is inside the cottage is completely yours during your stay and will be private but outside is a shared space. Also our space is pet friendly, we have a pet ourself, she is a 2 year old staffy pit bull. Her name is Stella and she is the kindest girl ever. She is well trained and likes to say hello and give kisses. If you are bringing a dog that is not friendly please think twice as we have a family and need to keep them safe including Stella. Please let us know if your pet is friendly or any expectations you may have. One side of the yard is totally gated, so we are able to keep the pets away from each other. But again, this is OUR home, including Stella’s and this fenced area is also a shared space. If your dog is vicious or has history of aggression please let us know. It is your obligation as a pet owner to do so. If you do have say - a request that you’d like a private day in the hot tub or pool please do so appropriately, respectfully and we will try our best to accommodate. If you have any injuries, allergies or medical conditions that we may be able to accommodate making your stay safer and more comfortable please let me know. There is a parking space specifically for you when pull up the driveway and immediately to your right. There are trees, so please know that leaves may fall on your car, sorry for the inconvenience.
