We enjoyed staying at Jon’s place for 4 months. Jon and her wife were super friendly and caring. One of the best hosts I ever met. The place was well furnished, with all necessary equipment and amenities. Looks exactly like in photos. The area was quiet, beautiful and safe. We used to walk a lot in the neighborhood with our newborn. The location was perfect. Walking distance from Americana and Galleria Mall. Definitely recommend.

Jon was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful. We had to extend our long term stay and he easily accommodated our request. The place was furnished with everything we needed for our stay, Jon keeps the place very clean and neat, the neighborhood is very walkable, friendly, and felt safe. thank you Jon!

I stayed here with a roommate for a couple months over the summer during an internship. Jon was a great host! He was very kind and responded quickly to any issues. The house is in a nice location in Glendale, and it was easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The in unit washer and dryer were very convenient. The parking spot was also a huge plus so we didn't need to find street parking. The back porch is nice and private, and we enjoyed spending our evenings sitting outside there. Overall, it was a great deal for the area and amenities. Thanks Jon!

My roommate and I stayed here for about 3 months and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! It was clean and comfortable! Jon was so responsive when we needed anything and he was so kind to us whenever we saw him! I would definitely recommend this apartment for a short or long term stay. 10/10! Thank you again Jon!!
