everything was very smooth except the water filter. we were group of three friends and really felt struggle to get the water from water filter sufficient for all . though place has two rooms ,1 washroom didn't feel sufficient . there is a serious requirement of change of filter and may be a bathroom can be added. it was a clean place,spacious,neat n clean , same as shown in the picture. room which is attached with the terrace in that i felt ac was not cooling the room but as we traveled there from hyderabad we didn't find it much hotter. it was like home n what price i have paid it was totally worth or i can say even better. 🥰

It was a 5 star experience. Raj was cordial, helpful and responsive. Dish and Raj's place is meticulously planned and gives you a homely memory long after you have left.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious host, who ensured that our check-in process was smooth and seamless. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished house. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts on the patio, sipping freshly brewed coffee and listening to the melodious chirping of birds including peacocks. The location of the Airbnb was also ideal. Situated just a short distance from Varca Beach. In the evenings, we explored the nearby restaurants and cafes, sampling delicious Goan cuisine!

I wanted to mention many positive things about our stay and specially about Raj but not sure if I would be able to cover everything here. Our stay was really pleasant and the entire credit goes to Raj. Highlights of the space. 1. Interior are not just great but well maintained which is very important 2. Kitchen setup and utensils were awesome. 3. Very hygienic and cleaning staff is very helpful and well disciplined. 4. Ambience of the house gives you a feel as if you are at your own home. 5. Toiletries were well placed and filled properly including soap, shampoo etc 6. Towels provided were well maintained, cleaned and pure white cotton and specially not too old. 7. ACs are working and in excellent condition 8. Very very spacious. In short nice property wherein you plan to stay for weeks or for months. 9. Great Terrace and the seating arrangements In short even if you are not carrying anything, you will get pretty much everything. Raj is very adjustable and provides utmost support
