The apartment is good enough for it's price, but we stayed in January and it was super cold inside, the floor was ice cold. The heating from AC didn't help much. The AC in bedroom was broken and we had to use radiator instead before the AC was fixed. Good thing is that the technicians visit was quickly aranged by Cubos and AC was changed in few days. Few things that disappointed us: apartment wasn't cleaned well before our arrival, the sofa was broken and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom. What was great: Mercadona is super close and the view from terrace is breathtaking.

Dirty apartment with broken furniture, fixings and air con. No mattress protector, and a filthy stained material. It Took 27hrs to get a cleaner out, by which time we had started cleaning areas like the kitchen ourselves so we could at least use it. Landlord came to visit and agreed that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned and blamed Cubo. He said he would sort out faults. We didn’t hear another thing. Got fed up of chasing after 2 days. After complaining again when we got home, landlord claimed everything was fixed within an hour - this is a lie! Terrible smell of diesel fumes in the stairwell coming from underground car park it made us feel nauseous every time we left the apartment door. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone
