Its pretty much almost the last house to one side of Funchal and is so much quieter than the often quite noisy bustle of town. There is plenty of south facing sunny or shaded outside space . The outside dining suite is under a room sized tiled canopy with of course fabulous views. The house is 2km, a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. There's a bus stop 70m from the house with buses roughly every 30mins. A trip is 1.25e-1.95e (10 tickets bought in advance cheaper) and takes 10 mins. A taxi is 8e. The View is a new, bright, spacious comfortable house with unbeatable sea views.
