Escape to this traditional Irish cottage on the beautiful Loughros point. Formerly the peninsula's old post office, this traditional cottage and barn is filled with character. A great retreat for families, friends and couples wanting to connect and escape everyday life. With wifi, fresh bedsheets and a fireplace to die for, the cottage has the comforts one needs for a relaxing stay. It's a 5-minute drive away from stunning beach walks and Ardara, where you can find pubs, cafes and groceries. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. There are parking spots for 3 cars and radiators to keep the place warm in the colder months. Wifi is available across the house. When you enter the cottage via the front door on your right there two bedrooms - the master bedroom contains a king bed with a fireplace and wardrobe. The end room with the skylight contains a double bed and single bed with two wardrobes. To access the end room to you have to access through the master bedroom. On the other side of the cottage, there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed and dresser which passes through to the conservatory which has a dining table and chairs. At the front of the house, is the kitchen with all the key utilities (including dishwasher and washing machine) and bathroom which contains a combined shower and bath. Outside, there is a good size garden and space for a BBQ by the conservatory with gate access to the nearby field. There is a outhouse with a bunk bed, living space and bathroom, but this is currently being renovated and therefore not available until October.
