Bathroom: An ensuite shower room with a sink, W.C and walk in shower. From the hall, a flight of stairs leads to the open plan living area with comfy sofa's, TV with Sky access and dining area with a kitchen and integrated appliances. There is a small balcony accessible from the living area with seating for two guests. Perfect to enjoy an al fresco supper. On the same floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: A bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom: An ensuite bathroom with a sink, W.C and shower over the bath. PARKING: Private off-street parking for one small/ medium size car adjacent to the cottage, with a gate for security.
