Doug was a great host - super attentive and was always checking in to make sure things were going well during our stay. The house was very well equipped with all the essentials and was located close to the "must-do's/must-see's" that we had on our list for this vacation. Beautiful views, very quiet. A great place to relax in the evenings after busy days.

This house is beautiful. It comfortably accommodated 2 families of 4 with dogs. Beds were surprisingly comfy. The house was well stocked. The AC is only in main area, so rooms were a bit warm at night, but lots of fans available. Pool and property was beautiful. The heat pump wasn't working on the pool, so kids swam for shorter periods before they got too cold. Doug was super responsive and proactive. He would give us a heads up if he was going to come to the property to clean the pool. Location is only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. We met many neighbours on our dog walks who were all very welcoming.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Doug's house in Stanhope- It was a very well-equipped , spacious house with beautiful views of the river, bay & ocean. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool which was surrounded by a huge pool deck & landscaping. We loved watching and listening to the birds in the morning and the evening. The sunsets in PEI never disappoint and we had a perfect view from inside the house and out on the wonderful deck during our BBQ's. Our teens especially loved the pool and excellent WiFi. We really appreciated the Park Pass, coffee and water cooler. It also had beautiful linens, and cozy blankets to wrap ourselves in while watching movies after a full day at the pool, beach, etc. Doug was very attentive to the pool and lawn maintenance. We appreciated him checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Doug!

The setting was beautiful, private, and peaceful. It was close to beaches and tourist attractions. Host kept in close contact and the house was impeccably clean. Beautiful wildlife and overall a wonderful experience. The pool was an amazing place to cool off after a day of sight seeing. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a private and pretty place. I enjoyed my stay and am positive that you will as well.
