Suitable for a weekend getaway, a family holiday, business retreat or short term rental. Plenty of room for work, play and rest. Large elevated living area looks out onto a treelined reserve. Double garage not included but ample driveway parking.

Clean, presentable home. A lot bigger than we thought, plenty of room for 10 of us!! Kids and adults loved it. Not far from main highway! Thanks Matt

The house is within the township of Alstonville. Alstonville is a historic town on the north coast plateau. It is surrounded by beautiful farmlands and just 15 minutes down the hill to the beaches of Ballina. Population is around 5000 people. The town has a pub, takeaway shops, cafes, gift shops, newsagent, chemist and supermarket. Summerland Farm, Victoria Park Nature Reserve, local waterfalls and Crawford House Museum are some local tourist spots. The wider region including Byron Bay are popular also with tourists.
Free parking is available in Ashland Street, Main St and at the shopping centre near supermarket. Bus services connect Alstonville to Ballina and Lismore. It is possible to travel by public transport (train and bus) from Sydney to Alstonville.
