Our cozy home is equipped with all the amenities for a perfect stay, including ducted air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. We have 3 beds and a cot with a large back yard to run around in. This is a modern, new but well lived in home. It's a medium sized single storey home with a large yard for kids. The main bedroom joins onto a small ensuite. There is 1 smaller toddler bedroom with a crib close to the main bedroom and there are medium sized bedrooms at the other end of the house close to each other. A modern bathroom and separate toilet are available. There is a laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen has an island bar facing seating area and a 6 person dining table. The outside space is equipped with a BBQ, modern outdoor furniture and an adjustable dining table. Sunsets are quite spectacular!
