Amazing location and views. We felt home right away. Bed & linen very comfy. We could not understand why people complained about the stairs to get to the Airbnb. The caretaker helped us with the luggage and you get total privacy in exchange for this little distance (and a tiny free workout :D). The place could use another wardrobe and a few more mugs if more than 2 people are staying. Host always responded and gave us helpful advice like seeing a doctor when my husband was very sick or arranging a fair priced cab to airport. Caretakers friendly and doing a great job. We will be back!

Sumit’s place was a breath of fresh air. View from the window is exactly as pictured, lovely terrace, and the place was spacious and comfortable. There is no hot tub, rather a large bathtub in the bathroom. The steam and sauna are a separate business nearby and aren’t related to Sumit’s house.

Pros: A beautiful and classy place in a serene neighbourhood. A gorgeous balcony with a lovely view. All amenities listed were available. Porters were available to carry luggage. Cons: Way inside from the main road with no vehicle access. Walking down to the place is okay, but the walk back up the slope can be exhausting. One of the room heaters was not working, and the microwave was running but was not heating the food.

I wish I could have booked this place for a longer stay. After a tiring long drive to Dharamshala, I elated just by the first glance of the stay after opening the front door. Everything was exactly the way shown in pictures. Certain things were way more beautiful and immaculately placed than imagined. The host is very friendly and responsive. Caretakers are friendly and always ready for anything you ask for. Three/Four Cafes/Restaurants deliver food to your room whenever you ask for. A highly recommended place to stay. 5 out of 5 for everything. Top Notch.
