Great stay at the Blue Hen. Home is spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds a super comfortable and linens top quality. Anne is a wonderful host. Will visit again.
We had a wonderful time at her home! The place was adorable and surroundings quiet and peaceful! We would definitely stay there again!
This is our 3rd stay with Anne. She is amazing! Such a well stocked coffee bar my husband was happy. Left us cookies which were great! She thinks if everything. Such a wonderful stay no worries!!

Clean uncluttered and easy to enjoy. Back deck view makes an inviting place to sit . We enjoyed dinners there each night. The house has everything you need including a handwritten welcoming note 😊

About 10 years ago my husband, daughter and I decided to quit city life and move to the country (the Green Acres theme song should be going through your head right now). This was an easy step for my husband, who grew up on a farm and put in his time with tobacco and pigs. It was a totally different world for me growing up in North Central NJ (exit 142 off the Garden State Pkwy). I had no idea there was even a difference between hay and straw. Nor had I ever seen a cow in "real life". Now, my neighbors are cows, we bale hay (orchard and fescue - see I know the different kinds) and practically run a zoo with horses, donkeys, goats, dogs and even some bees. It's been an amazing learning experience and we truly love life on the farm.
