Excellent host . He is prompt and took care of everything I asked him to get. I enjoyed staying at his place. He got me smoothies.
Nice and quiet! No freeway or plane noise, just quiet, in a great clean neighborhood, felt very safe. The house was very clean and comfortable, from beds to the couch. It has a really nice kitchen with plenty pots pans and cooking utensils to make a meal. Big plus it has an espresso machine/regular coffee pot to get the day started. Felix was a great host, he went above and beyond to help us out. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I stay in airbnbs year around and this place was neck and neck with the best yet, highly recommended!

Fairwood West is a peaceful neighborhood of families and retirees. Our homes are well landscaped and back up to walking trails that connect to a greenbelt. We are a short drive from the Fairwood Golf & Country Club, Maplewood Golf Course, many restaurants, and major employers.
