The Loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;) The loft is ideal for travellers who wishes to know the real Mexico! Totally equipped with: a king size bed (200 x 200 cm/6,56 x 6,56 in), fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with rain shower, smart TV, working table in case you need (don’t forget you are on holiday) and a balcony to enjoy the morning or the evening. The loft is at 2nd ground floor of a three story building.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à Cancun. Ne vous laissez pas intimidé par les rues adjacente, c'est un quartier très tranquille et bien situé! Nous avions loué une voiture (parkings gratuits disponibles dans la rue ou dans l'espace réservé). Il y a un petit café à 4 minutes de marche et un bar juste au bas du bloc. Sinon, les restaurants et les plages sont à environ 10-20 minutes. PS. pas directement en lien avec le airbnb, mais à proximité vous pourrez observer des coatis! sont tellement mignons :) Merci beaucoup Hotel Donceles pour la flexibilité et la rapidité de réponse! Nous avons adoré nos vacances et votre unité fait certainement partie des plus!

Muchas gracias a Donceles, muy bonito lo que intentan hacer con las personas de la zona, debo admitir que me dio un poco de miedo el barrio, sin embargo personas muy lindas y humildes, el apto es muy bonito, cómodo el único problema es el ruido, no dormí nada, los vecinos tuvieron fiesta hasta las 4 am y eso que era un miércoles. Sin embargo nos dejaron tapa oídos y ayudó un poco, mil gracias. ☺️💗

“Donceles” is a family neighbourhood of working people, don’t be deceived by appearances. Walking by you’ll find a lot of murals made by local and international artists, local restaurants and even chef’s restaurant.
You can easily reach by walking the ferry to Isla Mujeres and Puerto Juarez beaches.
The loft is located near the 2 main roads of Cancun, it’s really easy to use public transport to get to supermarkets, malls, artisans markets, restaurants and the Hotel Zone.
Distances:
- 25-30 minutes from Cancun’s airport (outside the city).
- 11 minutes by car to the city center.
- 10 minutes by car to the Hotel Zone.
- 4 minutes by car / 17 minutes by feet to Puerto Juarez port to Isla Mujeres.
- 8 minutes by car to the supermarket "Walmart Express".
- 6 minutes by feet to local market of Donceles.
- 6 minutes by feet to the bus stop (you can get here a bus to the hotel zone or to the city center).
