The communication with Ma'am Angelica was seamless from the day we booked til the end of our stay, she made sure every utilities was readily available and working. They also made sure to respond quickly with the questions we had and provided us detailed instructions on how to check in. The place was also clean and comfortable to stay in.

Public or private transportation are both easily accesible to reach our place.
Via Public transportation, travel going to SM Bicutan. Once you reach the mall, go to building A and head towards "The SM Store". Find the exit in the 2nd floor and head towards the pedestrian lane. You can check the photos for directions.
Via Public transportation (from Pasay / Tenement/ Sucat/ Alabang / - ride jeepney towards Bicutan and alight at Spring Residences (west service road). You can also alight at SM Bicutan and follow earlier instructions.
Via Private Car - input in your navigation app "Spring Residences SMDC"
