Welcome to our private upstairs apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from I-15. This cozy retreat offers easy access to public transportation, Skiing, Hill Air Force Base, SLC airport. Features: Private entrance 2 bedrooms with queen Purple mattresses 1 Air-mattress Equipped kitchen Fast internet Work-friendly desk 2 tv’s Coffee bar Back patio Vine enclosed backyard -Entire top floor of home equipped with kitchen, dining room, Livingroom, bathroom and two bedrooms. Fully fenced backyard, with patio space, furniture and outdoor string lighting. >>> My spouse and I live in the basement unit with our son. We do our best to keep him quiet after 8pm and there are white noise machines in each room to accommodate any noise. Private entrance and no shared indoor spaces. You may also see us in the backyard with our dog, feel free to say hi :)

Convenient, cute old house with super comfortable beds. Great place to pop in for a short stay.

Our stay was short, but we were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was very close to everything. The hosts were very friendly and they made us feel very welcome.

Very clean and tidy space, very close to the highway and Ashton was quick to reply to messages, would for sure stay again!

We wished we were able to stay longer! But we were only in town overnight and for a few hours in the morning. stopping our way through from visiting kids and grandkids in Colorado back home to Butte, Montana. We stopped to visit a friend for the night and this was the perfect location for that! It's quiet, with super friendly hosts. And an absolutely adorable doggy named Oakley! Needless to say, we will be returning!

Quiet family friendly neighborhood right off of main street. Main street has a grocery store, Laundromat, family dollar, and a plethora of restaurants.
Front Runner Station is one mile away allowing for easy transportation for guests traveling North or South.
For some good eats check out Crown Burger, Betos, Philadelphia Sub Shop, Wasabi So Delicious Sushi. Grocery stores near by include Rancho market in walking distance, Walmart: 3 miles away, Target: 2 miles, Ocean Mart: 4 miles.
