This is the 2nd time we've stayed with Kevin. He's a great host and the space is perfect for us. I had difficulty contacting him through the airbnb messaging; but he also left his cell number in the unit information and he was very quick to respond to questions using that method. The neighborhood is nice and not busy and is conveniently located to nearby businesses (gas, grocery, etc.). I'd highly recommend staying with Kevin.

Our stay at was wonderful, and a large part of the credit goes to our amazing hosts. They were incredibly friendly and communicative from the very beginning. Kevin provided detailed instructions for check-in and was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Clearfield, Utah. Kevin is a Superhost in every sense of the word, and we look forward to staying here again in the future! We booked this place while in town visiting family, we would stay again! Clean and good location! Kevin responds in a timely manner. We did get cold the first night but that’s only because we didn’t have the thermostat adjusted! We didn’t spend much time in the home but it was a great place to stay for two nights
