Welcome to our Cabin in the Resort Village of Grandview Beach. Our family friendly, 4 season cabin was built in 2011 by our family for our family. We have enjoyed our place the past 10-12yrs and have decided to let another family enjoy it as our busy family needs have changed and we are unable to use it as much as we’d like. With custom knotty pine cabinets as well as knotty pine ceilings and interior doors,our place will truly give you that cabin feel. Our cabin has three bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master bedroom. It has a king size bed and en suite with a half bath as well as darkening blinds. Bedroom two is referred to by us as the toy room. It was where our kids stayed and it has a single over double bunk bed, a dresser, closet and darkening blinds. Bedroom three has a double bed, a bedside table with two drawers for clothes, a closet, as well as darkening blinds. Our open concept kitchen, dining room and living room is where everyone will gather. It has a large vaulted ceiling and has plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep and entertaining. It is fully stocked with pots, pans,cutlery etc. It also has a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, a microwave and has a large walk in pantry. We do have a Culligan machine and water jugs for drinking. The tap water can be used for cooking but not drinking. The dining room table has six chairs as well as three barstools at the sit up kitchen island. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and a 42 inch TV along with satellite TV and an electric fireplace. There is also a DVD player. Guests are welcome to use the patio, bbq and the backyard which has a trampoline and large fire pit area with plenty of seating. Guests do not have access to our camper unless agreed upon. The shed that is also in the backyard not not included. Our cabin can be used in the winter months for activities such as ice fishing and snowmobiling as it is a 4 season cabin. Grandview is much quieter in the winter, and the roads are always kept open. Last Mountain lake is known to have excellent fishing both in the summer and winter. The lake can still be accessed for ice fishing in the winter down at the beach boat launch.
