Our family of 4 resides on the upper level of this home, so you can expect to hear walking. The entrance to this space is separate and private from our home. The open concept living, kitchen and dining space is central in the home. One room has a desk for those needing a workspace and a glider type chair for reading or relaxing. Our family of 4 lives on the upper level of this unit. You can expect to hear footsteps and other noise you would expect when living below a neighbor. If this type of set-up isn't your style we understand, and another listing may be a better fit for your visit. We have well water on our property which goes through several filtration systems, but it is still possible you may experience a sulfur smell when showering. The water remains safe to use even when an odor arises. There is a Reverse Osmosis water system in the kitchen for drinking water along with water dispensed from the refrigerator that goes through additional filtration that most people prefer for drinking.
