This comfortable and stylish place to stay is perfect for guests who are working away from home or visiting family in the area. Offering three bedrooms all with their own allocated washrooms makes the place the perfect home from home. Comfortable surroundings on a lovely residential street with shops restaurants and amenities all within easy access and great for motorway links. The house has proved to be very popular with guests wanting the homely feel when being away from home. Lovely comfortable light and airy home, a great space for guests to relax whether it be for working away from home or for visiting family in the vicinity. Great access to motorway links making travel to Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, York etc all within easy reach. Each room does have their own facilities to include an ensuite bathroom and shower room to the top floor double rooms and the bottom floor room having a shower room directly across. On site parking for a car with plenty of on street parking for larger vehicles. Hickories chain restaurant and bar just 2 minutes walk away, with plenty of other food places for all tastes within 15 minutes walking distance or a couple of minutes car drive away. Plenty of shops supermarkets etc within a short drive. Friendly host on standby for any assistance required during your visit.

Lovely place to stay near to Horbury town centre.
Stayed here previously and as before spotless, easy quick communication and a quiet location considering the main road nearby. The Smokehouse opposite has good food and friendly staff but there are more restaurants that look great in the centre of Horbury.

Lovely quiet friendly residential neighbourhood
Horbury is a Great location offering a convenient base for Business travellers, Individuals or Families visiting the Yorkshire area. A small town with easy access to the motorway links. Great for day trips out to the multitude of attractions within the surrounding areas .
Horbury is fabulous if you are working away from home and need to be close to Wakefield or Leeds for work. There are lots of restaurants within close proximity to the house, easily accessed by car, taxi or within walking distance of around 5 to 15 minutes.
If you are visiting the Yorkshire Sculpture park we are just 3.7 miles away, 14 minutes by car. The house is perfect to relax after a busy day exploring great to enjoy a meal and then relax!
The Hepworth Gallery 2.1 miles, 9 minutes by car.
The Yorkshire Mining Museum 3.6 miles, 10 minutes by car.
The Royal Armouries 8.8 miles, 20 minutes drive.
Magna Science adventure centre 18 miles, 30 minutes by car.
Holmfirth, home of the famous last of the summer wine 12 miles, 30 minutes by car.
The townhouse is just a 1.5 mile to the M1 motorway. Perfect for business travellers and for commuting.
Great location to access Leeds for great shopping, visit the VIctoria Quarter, The trinity shopping centre or the John Lewis department store.
