A modern and recently refurbished property designed for work colleagues, families or groups of friends. The property has great transport links, with easy access to the M62 (approximately 800 metres away) and the nearby M1 and A1. Perfect for accessing Yorkshire including the cities of Leeds and Wakefield. The property boasts a sociable open plan living and dining space, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are double and 2 are twin. Please note bedrooms are over 3 floors. This is a traditional terrace property with an open plan dining lounge and kitchen. It is perfect for socialising with family, friends or work colleagues after a long day at work. There is a large smart TV for relaxing on an evening and a dining table to eat as a group. There is free on-road parking around the property, either on Castleford Road or neighbouring streets. The property has a small buffer front garden and a private rear yard. It was refurbished throughout in 2022 and has been tastefully decorated to attract a variety of guests. The bedrooms are offered as either doubles or twins so perfect for couples or groups. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite with walk in shower and there is also a family bathroom with over the shower bath offering flexibility depending on your wishes.

A great place to stay - very spacious, warm, comfy beds with spotless white bedding, soft carpets, a large dining table. Surprisingly peaceful, considering its location on a road and near the motorway. Asda within a walking distance. Kelly was super responsive and welcoming. Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time.
Our contractors were really happy with the stay and enjoyed having enough space and bedrooms too. The place was really clean, well stocked with everything required and the addition of the Christmas tree was a nice touch to make the place feel Christmassy

Predominantly terraced housing with access to a park less than 100metres from the property.
The property is on the main road between Normanton and Castleford. The property is on a good bus route into Wakefield too. There is plenty of on road parking around the property if guests arrive in their own car or van.
