A modern and recently refurbished apartment designed for individual travellers, couples or small groups of friends or work colleagues. The property has great transport links, with easy access to the M62 (approx 200 metres away) and the nearby M1/A1. Perfect for accessing Yorkshire and the cities of Leeds and Wakefield. The spacious property boasts a lounge diner, kitchen, shower room and outdoor space, ideal for socialising or eating. For sharers, the bedroom can be split into 2 singles. The property is a terraced house which is split into 2 apartments. This apartment is on the ground floor. As you enter the main property there is a hallway where you access the apartments. As you enter apartment 1, there is a small foyer with the bedroom to the left (front of the property) and the dining lounge to the right. As you head through the dining lounge you reach the kitchen and then also the shower room. There is an external door in the kitchen which leads you to an outdoor area, perfect for eating and socialising.
The property exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Well maintained facilities and the room was comfortable. Will surely come back next time.

A beautiful, comfortable space to say. Very clean, lovely hot shower, very nicely furnished and well taken care of. There was some communication back and forth with Kirsty and it was all very prompt, polite and helpful. I travel to this location regularly for work and would deffinatly stay again
The accommodation is great and highly recommended, and I was very well looked after by the host. The flat is very well located with shops nearby and close to the M62. It is thoroughly cleaned and spotless, and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable.
A local market town with good access to local amenities including shops and supermarkets.
Predominantly terraced housing with access to a park less than a 10 minute walk from the property.
There is plenty of on street parking in front of the property and in neighbouring streets. The property is on a bus route into Wakefield or Castleford.
