Housing : - Large common living space: kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with direct access to the garden. The kitchen has all the essential comforts (wine cellar, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) A WC on the ground floor and a storage space under the stairs. - Upstairs two bedrooms with double bed and large dressing room. One of the two bedrooms has a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The house is air-conditioned in all the main rooms and has a WIFI connection. A beautiful quiet house with quality services! NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 10 june 2023 to 30 september 2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival. For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided. ___PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN___ Further information : • Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking.
