This apartment with terrace has been fully equipped this year for your comfort: Sofitel hotel bedding, coffee machine with beans, high-speed fiber internet, washing machine, iron, Netflix smart TV. Take advantage of the dynamism of the Pigalle / Montmartre districts with these restaurants, bars and cultural venues. As well as the calm and charm of the 9th arrondissement with the best addresses in Paris: bakeries, terraces... Charming apartment with original wooden floors, a chimney and a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee (or smoke if you want). In the living area you will find a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and orange TV, a sofa, a vinyl record player and a wooden chest that contains additional bedding (Always Sofitel / Pullman). In the tailor-made kitchen you will find a fridge, a washing machine, an induction hob, a toaster, kettle, grain coffee machine to make your espressos, long coffee, cappuccinos... In the large white cupboard you can put your belongings and also find the necessary to hang up and iron your laundry. There is also an office space if you want to work, you can also take advantage of a 500 mb/s high-speed Fiber Wifi connection. On the mezzanine you will find a comfortable bed with Sofitel / Pullman hotel bedding.

Thomas war ein super Host! uns gefiel die Unterkunft sehr, gerade der herzige Aussensitzplatz war ein besonderes Juwel. Sehr herzlich eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen. Zu zweit genug Platz.
Dirty property upon check in
Very lovely apartment and Thomas was super helpful. The location is perfect.
Super Lage der Unterkunft. Wir haben alles gut zu Fuß erreichen können. Zahlreiche Cafés in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch in der Nähe. Thomas war sehr kulant beim Check out. Unser Zug ging erst am Abend, sodass wir die Koffer bis in den späten Nachmittag in der Unterkunft lassen konnten und den halben Tag in Paris noch genießen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet, jedoch für uns mit folgenden Nachteilen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig und das Waschbecken umständlich zu benutzen. Es gab je Person nur ein Handtuch - für Gesicht, Hände, Haare, Körper. Es sollten mindestens 2 pro Person sein. Eines zum Duschen und für die morgendliche Gesichtsreinigung. Kein Kleiderschrank für die Ablage der Kleidung. Haben ein Regal leer geräumt und dorthin die Kleidung verstaut. Leider lies unser Vorgänger Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank zurück, die nicht entsorgt wurden. Wahrscheinlich ist das beim Putzen der Unterkunft vergessen worden. Teilweise staubig und fettig (Küche)
