Quiet and quaint close to Amish. Located in new subdivision Bates Crossing Ranches, neighborhood is very walkable. Easy access to Cleveland and Akron. You will find many Parks with in minutes and beautiful Chippewa Lake. New construction spring of 2023 with modern farmhouse theme. Covered porched over looking wooded preserve.
We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a new subdivision so I’d imagine that every week something new is added. The neighborhood was quiet and right off the interstate. We would book again with Larry and family
We had a wonderful 3 day stay here while visiting my parents who live nearby. The house was clean and well equipped with new appliances and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath was spacious with plenty of room for my wife and myself. My son slept well in the smaller bedroom. We didn't make any meals while there, but the kitchen looked to be well stocked. There is some home construction going on nearby, but it did not disrupt our sleep as we did not hear any noise from inside the house. I loved having the use of the garage and the remote as it was a chilly weekend in Ohio and we kept the car in the garage. Having the remote allowed us to not use the house key and enter through the garage. Larry, our host, was very good at communicating with us from the minute we made this reservation, prior to our visit, and during our visit to make sure he could answer any questions and help with a smooth check-in and check-out. Overall a great stay!

Conveniently located between I71 and I76 with easy access to Cleveland and Akron. Chippewa Lake and Apple Creek are just a short drive. Minutes to historic downtown Seville with restaurants and boutique shops
