The over-garage apartment closely matched the description and photos. Very usable kitchen. Calm, clutter-free interior decorating. Bedrooms a little smaller than anticipated, but both beds were comfortable. Traffic noise from busy Evans Street was ever-present, and both bedrooms are on that side of the apartment. Great location for being near University of Denver campus; there's a grocery store and nice city park very close by. Would stay again!
We had a relaxing stay here while visiting Denver. Alice’s place was very clean, bright, and not too far from downtown. Upon arrival, we had some trouble with the door but Alice was quick to come assist (even before I could message on the app) and was very friendly and apologized for the trouble. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again!
Our stay at this home was wonderful. It was extremely clean and inviting and everything was very functional. We stayed with our toddler and the space felt welcoming and the surrounding area was very safe and family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked and rooms were comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Rosedale has all the familiar assets that mark a top neighborhood: ample green space, courtesy of Harvard Gulch Park and the City of Kunming Park; a convenient location, near the University of Denver and Platt Park’s South Pearl Street; and commercial segments, along South Broadway and South Downing Street, that offer just enough to satiate when you want to stick close to home.
The immediate area is very walkable with a bus stop less than 2 blocks away and 3 light right stations one mile away.
Most Denver attractions are a short Uber/Lyft away.
A car is recommended if you intend to visit the mountains or the suburbs. Parking is easily available in most parts of Denver.
