Great pet friendly place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and everything you need contained in the house. Karen looked after our fur baby for the day whilst we explored the wineries and surrounds. Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

The Buckle was a central location for our visit to the Granite Belt. The cottage is spacious, we'll equipped and clean, very human and pet friendly. Karen the host is lovely. She has pride in her property and is wonderful with dogs. We ordered a breakfast box and used the pet sitting service, can recommend both.

Karen is a wonderful host. She made us right at home upon arrival. I also liked the fact that she had extensive information on hard copy about the area so we were self sufficient from the get go. The Buckle is a lovely place for the 2 legged and 4 legged creatures 😄. The fact that it is quite private and out of town, yet so close to town for everything we may have needed, is a bonus. Thanks, Karen for your hospitality, and may we return hopefully in the not too distant future. M&O

The Buckle was well located, close to town and among all of the local attractions. Very dog friendly, with a decent sized fenced yard and 40 acres to explore. Karen even offers on-site pet sitting for a small additional fee, which allowed us to explore the national parks. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. A couple of Superb Fairy Wrens came and tapped on the window every morning and there were plenty of other birds visiting the feeder just outside the kitchen window. The only downside was the underfloor heating, being able to turn it up a few degrees would have made it more comfortable.
