I originally booked this place back in October for the Georgia rodeo. The concert was unexpectedly canceled. I reached out to the Airbnb requesting a refund because everyone was traveling from out of state for the concert. I was not granted a refund, but luckily the owners granted me a reschedule to the new concert date. It did require asking a few times and having to go around the listing agency and asking the actual owners. So be careful of the cancellation policy when booking. The house is as pictured & described. Plenty of room for multiple people. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is the drive way. It’s gravel, kinda long, very uneven, not easy for a car to get up. House is about 25 minutes from downtown Athens. Overall good stay!

The pictures do not tell you what experience you will have! The smell was a mix of old moldy house and smoke. The plug in air fresheners tried to cover up but didn’t. The place is outdated in every way. The bedroom carpets are stained with who knows what. The bathrooms are old. The vanities have been painted but look awful. The stove was greasy. No liners in the kitchen trash. No coffee or hairdryer as advertised. Washer was rusty. The quarter mile driveway was deeply rutted. And full of mud. Needs regrading and regraveled. If you have a nice car you would not want to go there. We’ve been vacation rental owners before and this place would not be acceptable. The family room and furniture were the only decent rooms. Can’t believe we had to pay $350 for cleaning for 2 people When we had to clean the stove before we cooked and only used 1 bedroom. They want you to wash pots/pans by hand. No problem but only an old smelly sponge to use to wash the pan. Would not recommend.

Very nice home . Peaceful,quit and relaxing. Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay, not too far from downtown athens as well. Overall, would stay here again
