Peaceful home w/ pool in Watkinsville! Our home is a 10 minute drive to UGA campus. Located in the woods on Calls Creek, our home is close to downtown Watkinsville and Athens restaurants, as well as the new Wire Park. Tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, our home is perfect for a family getaway, a weekend visit for a wedding/game weekend/UGA event. Home features main floor living room, sitting/playroom, half-bath, dining room and kitchen, as well as a screened patio dining area off of the kitchen. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Outside is a large, saltwater pool, gas grill, wood fire pizza oven, a small hot tub and ample seating for evening around the fire pit.

This home was beautiful and just what we needed...close to Athens for a graduation but far enough away to be outside all the busyness. Thoughtful touches included basket of necessities in case we forgot anything, drinks in the fridge, towels for the pool. We would stay here again if we're in the area.
