This was a hidden gem! Plenty of space, very neat, home touches like fresh baked cookies, lots of little things that made us feel right at home. Patty was very responsive and easy to work with. We will stay again!

Patty's Place was very clean and comfortable! It was a little cold when we first arrived, but there were space heaters in each room that worked great and warmed the place up nicely. We had a fun time in Athens at your place!

Patty’s place is perfect for a weekend in Athens. Close to downtown Athens which was perfect for our weekend watching the DAWGS play. Patty was quick to respond with any questions not to mention she has cookies waiting for you on arrival. We would definitely stay here again. April
