Bright and Clean Private room that locate close to Lansdowne subway station. A 8 minute walk or 2 mins with Bus (3 stops away) from Lansdowne station. No Kitchen. Fridge, microwave, and electric kettle are provided. Incl. Full size bed, wifi, shared washroom, towel, shampoo and bodywash All beddings washed after each use. Bathroom will be clean daily. Street parking only (midnight - 7AM need permit) Please check "other details" for more details about parking & directions. The rooms located on second floor. When you enter the front door, go straight up to 2nd floor. You will see rooms with number and also a bathroom.

James was an amazing host! Very clean place, great neighbourhood, quiet and relaxing.
James is a polite and responsive host. The location of the apartment is good, the room was clean and everything was perfect.
James was one of the most responsive airbnb hosts I’ve had and was willing to work with me when my flight was cancelled. The place was also really clean, cleaner and nicer than pictures show. All utensils were plastic, but they were provided as advertised in the amenities. I ended up getting water out because the tap had a taste. I appreciate the homeliness and the view of the spot and it was easy to check in and out and felt safe to come back to at night. Overall I am happy with the spot and it was in walking distance to a bus stop which was convenient.

Every instruction was clearly stated. We didn’t have any issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Lansdowne Subway is 8 mins walk. 27 Bus is less than 2 mins.
Walking is better to / from station because you dont need to wait for the bus.
DON'T get out from emerson exit if you have luggages.
Emerson exit only has stair. lansdowne ave exit has elevator and escalator.
Biking is a good option to go around.
downtown is 30 mins away.
Street parking only

There are 3 options for parking.
1. Temporary on-street permit. need to apply from city website.
I can help you with that. It is more convenient but costly.
24 hour Per space $18.26 + HST
48 hour Per space $26.39 + HST
7 days Per space $39.58 + HST
2. park on lansdowne avenue FREE but need to MOVE it at certain time. one side has to move it before 7am and other have to move it before 4pm.
3. Green P parking close to lansdowne station. midnight rate 6pm - 7am $3.
