You will feel at peace in this private and cosy single bedroom, with high quality sheets and soft carpet. This bedroom will be your comfy oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Caulfield North. There is a great coffee shop 'Goodies' only a stones throw away and a Pizza place at the end of the street. Public transport is a breeze also, with the tram one block away. Please note that we have a Burmese kitten called Yoshiko, she will be sharing the space also. Upstairs, this space is light and airy. A very quiet and comfortable room awaits you. Brick building encapsulates a white interior. Lots of free on street parking on a tree lined street. Caulfield Park only a stones throw away. Easy access to trams and trains. You can catch one tram to St.Kilda or CBD. Please note that this room is only set us to comfortably accommodate one person.

Perfect spot for me as I had tons to do while in town. Had everything I needed and easy to get to and from. Super friendly and proactive hosts.

Maia and Nick are nice and helpful. They explained everything in their home very clearly. Although it is not near to the train station and CBD, trams were easy to catch. Definitely recommend to who wish to stay in a quiet place! Their cat Yoshiko is super cuteeeee! Maia跟Nick很友善和健談，他們很清楚地介紹廚房的各種廚具及調味料，還有電視和音響設備。雖然他們的家跟火車站及市區有點距離，不過只需走幾分鐘就有輕軌電車。特別推薦給想在墨爾本享受寧靜假期及慢活的人！他們的貓貓Yoshiko非常可愛，我在離開那天幾乎不願意走！

This place was great to stay at. I was able to get into the CBD easily thanks to the nearby tram stop. I also could park my car on the street for free which helped. I also was able to rest in the room and feel relaxed. Very nice stay.
