We had an absolutely amazing stay at Juan's Airbnb located on the golf course at Casa de Campo. The property itself is fantastic, boasting a pristine pool which provided a perfect, relaxing oasis after a day out. The view of the golf course added an extra touch of serenity and luxury to our vacation. Juan was an exemplary host from start to finish. Right from our arrival, he made sure that everything was set up for a seamless experience. Although we encountered a minor issue at the entrance, Juan handled it professionally and promptly. He not only addressed the concern immediately but also generously compensated us with an additional two-night stay, which was an incredibly gracious gesture. This really showed his commitment to guest satisfaction and made us feel highly valued. The property was kept in immaculate condition. Everything from the bedrooms to the living areas was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Fue excelente la pasamos como en casa, todo muy bonito, limpio y organizado, hay de todo en la cocina para poder preparar los alimentos, hay supermercados dentro honestamente lo recomiendo al 100%. Juan siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable.

La casa está bien para pasar un par de días sin muchas pretensiones; es amplia, rústica, súper tranquila y el servicio es excelente. Necesitaría una pequeña reforma y limpieza del mobiliario para estar perfecta

The place was perfect for my big family! We felt comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the living areas! The outdoor area was beautiful, the sun rise by the pool was lovely. The host was very helpful and proactive. We had everything we needed and if I had any questions he was easy to get a hold of and prompt to respond. The housekeeper was super nice and helpful! We had many people helping us from the host on the phone to the housekeeper in person! It was great! I would definitely stay at the home on my next trip! Thank you so much. La casa está muy linda y grande. Todos se portaron muy bien. Desde el dueño de casa hasta la Chaperona que cuida la casa. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos ellos estaban listos para ayudarnos por teléfono o en persona. Nos dieron sugerencias para nuestra estadía! Mi familia la pasó muy lindo y acogedor en la casa.
