Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place 15 minutes from everything. Your space will be pristinely clean and fresh and you will sleep on plush beds with 500+ thread-count cotton sheets. Amenities are top notch. You will be cool on those hot days with central air conditioning. There is free street parking in front of the house. You must remove shoes upon entry before use of the space. You will have exclusive use of a large 1200 square foot ground floor suite with 3 bedrooms, two full marble tiled bathrooms, a chefs kitchen, laundry room and private entry at the back. My family lives in the second floor suite. We keep our space very clean and require guests to remove shoes at the entry before using the space. Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Please do not throw anything else on the toilet including "flushable" wet wipes.

My friends and I came to Vancouver to run in the Sun Run, and Alice's place provided a comfortable and relaxing place to rest and relax. I had a last minute change to the amount of people that needed to stay, and Alice was very quick to respond and accommodating. The place was clean and quiet, and was stocked with anything you might need. I felt right at home as soon as I stepped inside. It is also located close to the bus lines, which made it easy to get into the city center. There was also plenty of street parking available as well. I would gladly stay here again.
I recommend anyone who likes a clean, affordable, convenient location stay!
Casa súper limpia y ordenada. Muy bien comunicada con autobuses al lado. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y cómoda. Si tienes el sueño ligero el ruido de la caldera te puede molestar. Pero sino la casa súper recomendable.
The stay here was great, there were plenty of walkable restaurants and the area was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We are in a family friendly and safe neighborhood. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes by drive the grocery store is only 2 minutes drive.
