This is the downstairs/connected apartment of our duplex, Casa Rule. Our home is an open floor plan, with a large wrap-around porch, so you will hear us above you. Within a 5-10 minute walk from PLAYA SOMBRERO beach. Centrally located close by to several world class surf breaks. Less than a 10 minute drive to Matapalo road entrance. Walking distance to a locally owned restaurant, bar, and pool - Mar Luna Lodge. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The apartment is located on the bottom floor of the duplex. It has it’s own patio and can be accessed directly from the parking area. The apartment has a full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a king bed. The area is 100% solar powered so we do not have air conditioning but we do have hot water. We ask that you are mindful of your electricity usage during your stay, especially during the rainy season. Wifi is good and fairly reliable. Surfboards available for rent. You are in the jungle so you will see plenty of insects, reptiles, birds, monkeys, and much more.
