HOUSE and adjoining STUDIO for 12 people (10 adults and 2 children) PLEASE NOTE: wood stoves cannot be used. Reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) is installed and a few radiators complete the package. °°On the ground floor: °° - A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 (possibility of bringing the veranda table which is for 12 into the kitchen). - Next door, the large veranda has a large table for 12, for meals with family or friends. - An air-conditioned living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a television. - A 2nd living room space completes the premises with a decorative vintage piano. - A patio behind the veranda with a gas barbecue and a plancha will allow you to prepare your meals outside. The space is also equipped with a ping-pong table, a small table football and a small outdoor lounge. - Finally, you will find a summer shower and toilet area accessible from inside the house but also directly from outside to facilitate your comings and goings from the swimming pool. °°Upstairs: °° - Bedroom 1: Double bed with bathroom/shower with double sink and separate WC adjoining the bedroom. - Bedroom 2: Double bed and bunk bed made up of two single beds for children (not suitable for adults) with shower room, two sinks and separate WC near the bedroom. - Bedroom 3: Double bed with shower room with sink and WC adjoining the bedroom. - Bedroom 4: Double bed + travel cot with shower room with sink and WC adjoining the bedroom. All rooms are equipped with storage space for your personal belongings. They are also all air-conditioned. Adjoining the house, you will find an air-conditioned STUDIO, with a double bed (bedroom 5). This is equipped with a small kitchen and a bathroom. °°Outside:°° *You will find plenty of space to relax or do family activities. A covered terrace that can be lit at nightfall is available for your convivial moments. * The swimming pool (available from APRIL until the beginning of OCTOBER) is entirely at your disposal. Possibility of heating it for an additional 25 euros per day (notify at least 3 days before arrival). *The 2-seater jacuzzi is available all year round for your pampering moments. *The tennis court is at your disposal (2 rackets are available with a few balls: bring your additional equipment if you wish, or equipment available for rental on request - notify at least 2 days in advance). ! Please note that we do not provide pool or jacuzzi towels (please do not use the towels provided for the shower). Possibility of renting bathing towels on request - notify at least 2 days in advance. For hygiene reasons we ask you to use your own inflatable equipment for the swimming pool (buoy, mattress etc.) We have also thought of your little ones: a travel cot is available. - You will have at your disposal a set of keys.
