The villa with independent access and large garden in the historic center of Anacapri is spread over two floors communicating externally. High level: Living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. The rooms open onto the terrace which leads to the garden. Low level: double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for one and a half, bathroom. The rooms overlook a large patio. Among the services you will find two sunbeds, positioned in the garden near the pool with goldfish and water lilies. An oasis of relaxation, with a fantastic view of the sunset that will make summer evenings unforgettable

We have never been so disappointed by an accommodation we have rented on Airbnb. There was a terrible musty smell. The terrace was dirty and most of the apartment was dusty. The lamps were with loose wires. They were not able to turn on the air conditioners knowing how hot it is and that we were arriving. You cannot enter with a motorbike or car. You have to leave it in Piazza Vittoria, which is 400 meters away, so if you go with suitcases, I don't recommend it. They work during office hours so if you need something after 5pm there is no one to answer until the next day. Also, they never answer to the phone.
The house is well-located and the host is very responsive and helpful. I would come back on future occasions.
