Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and king-size bedroom. The cottage is detached with its own outdoor space and furniture (and parking. There is a large open plan sitting and dining area which is very sunny (south facing with large velum roof lights). There is a fully equipped separate kitchen. A separate bathroom with bath and power shower as well as a separate double bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging rail. The bedroom window faces the cottage vegetable garden which is private and not overlooked at all. You have access into the large main garden which you may happily enjoy with a pond and many birds.

An amazing place and an amazing host. Fridge was stocked with juice, milk, eggs, butter, fresh yogurt and jams, and as if that wasn't enough Becks brought over home made bread and shortcake biscuits and flowers. My wife and I had gone their to celebrate my retirement after 28 years from a particularly demanding job, one that had left me emotionally drained. Becks and Rich were amazing and the stay was just what we needed to put a line under the old and start a new chapter on a far happier note, so my thanks to them for a fantastic stay and being fantastic people.
Had the most relaxing stay, Rebecca was so friendly and helpful. We was made to feel so welcome the added little surprises with fresh juices, bread, jams and other condiments. The homemade shortbreads were delicious. Even my dog felt so comfortable with little doggy treats left for him & loads of amazing walks and places to go. I would really recommend staying here and will definitely be returning .☺️
We LOVED Rebecca’s Airbnb. It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and also had lovely extras in the fridge such as jam, yogurt, berries, milk, eggs and juices. It was my birthday during our visit and there were gorgeous chocolate cakes waiting for us on our arrival. Our dog was also catered for with treats and water/food bowls and Rebecca gave him plenty of fuss too. Lovely walks from the doorstep. Rebecca was the perfect host. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you. ☺️

A lovely night away. Rebecca communicated well prior to the visit and was very welcoming on arrival. The cottage is lovely in a very quiet and peaceful spot. Everything you need is available and Rebecca also prepared a meal for us along with cereal, bread, juice etc for breakfast. A pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

Extremely quiet and tranquil country lane
Parking on the cottage drive or under cover in the cart shed. Lovely quiet lanes for cycling. An excellent bus service with bus stop 500 yards away. This takes you to Norwich (20 minutes) or our local market town of Bungay (just over 5 minutes). Bus connections in Bungay to Southwold and Aldeburgh.
