Escape to our serene seaside sanctuary, perfect for every member of your family, furry friends included. Immerse yourself in nature while sipping your morning coffee in one of our many private seating areas. Inside, our modern interior blends coastal charm with comfort. A short stroll down the hill leads you to sandy shores for sunbathing, paddleboarding or a refreshing dip in the Pacific. A 20-minute walk to enjoy the QB cafes, shops and restaurants will complete your coastal escape. Westcoast charm meets heritage house. Each feature of our home tells a story, the live edge island and other furniture pieces were lovingly crafted by a local artist. Modernized, connected if you feel inspired to get a little work done or simply enjoy the surroundings. We have quiet nooks to curl up with a book, thoughtful places for the kids to enjoy a craft or puzzle. The vibe is peaceful, calming and soothing for the soul. Our garden is full of David Austen roses and each corner offers its own unique feast for the eyes. You'll find lavender in the front garden, feel free to cut some and bring it inside. Don't forget to lay in the hammock and watch the hummingbirds disguised as fighter jets, you might want to keep your sunglasses on for that spectacle! They're bold. There's also an eagles' nest in the neighbour's tree! They are a constant buzz of fascinating activity floating branches, snakes, rabbits and fish past our windows. If you're hear in early Summer you'll see them nudging their young out of the nest to take their first flight. By evening that same hammock is the best seat in the house to star gaze, we've been successful in keeping light pollution to a minimum so there are millions of stars in the night sky. In season, help yourself to the rhubarb, lettuce, tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and fresh herbs. At the end of the cul de sac you’ll find bushes teaming with blackberries.

My husband, adult son and I spent three nights at Tracey and Alison's lovely home. The peaceful, private location near the beach was perfect for exploring both the Qualicum Beach and Parksville areas. We were delighted to be welcomed with artful flower bouquets, cold drinks and yummy chocolates. Our hosts' clear communications, recommendations and care for our comfort were greatly appreciated. We especially enjoyed birdwatching and stargazing from the hot tub, and an active bald eagles' nest across the street was an added bonus!
One of the best AirBnB's we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The home is beautiful and very well appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout. We (family of four) had a lot of room and we could have easily had a couple of extra folks in the party and not felt cramped. The kitchen was really well equipped with the everything one might need for a weekend or longer stay. The outdoor area is particularly great, and beautifully designed for both day and night time use. The location is perfect, being walkable to a beach and trails, but also quickly accessible to access roads to Parksville, up island, or westwards to the Tofino area. Tracey and Alison were the perfect hosts throughout - thank you for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful, comfortable west coast home! Our family met up for the weekend and had everything we needed plus more to enjoy our stay! Kitchen was absolutely gorgeous! It was snowy a snowy weekend…we were extremely comfortable inside, playing board games at the fabulous dining room table,a soak in the hot tub, socialized around the live wood counter in the kitchen. The house has lots of room to move around and since our family had travelled from all over, we had plenty of room for parking as well. This house is certainly a gem!

Located on a quiet cul de sac, 5 minute walk to a spacious beach with expansive views, sand for miles and fantastic swimming. 20 minute walk to downtown Qualicum, quaint stores, pubs and fabulous restaurants. 45 minute drive to Mt. Washington.
Transportation: Buses run through Qualicum Woods which is a short 5 minute walk from us.
Oceanside Taxi Service is reliable albeit sometimes slow at peak times.
Parking: We have parking for 3 vehicles and more on street parking directly in front of the house on the grassy centre.
