Great place to stay for a long weekend in Louisville for volleyball. Very spacious, clean and everything we needed was in the apartment. Very nice location, safe and close to lots of restaurants. Only 15 minutes to downtown Louisville and very convenient to get on the highway quickly. Excellent stay and a definite five-star rating all around.

Check in was at 3 and we weren't able to get in until 3:45 because the cleaning crew was running late. When traveling you just want to get settled. Then the heating/ac was not working. They had to call maintenance in to fix it and they didnt come until 10 am the next morning. Then the keurig machine wouldn't work. 3 out of 4 of us drink coffee. I messaged them and it took over 2 hours to respond which was at 9:30 pm. We had already went to Walmart to buy one so they would have coffee in the morning. They told us that we could go downstairs in the complex and use the machine down there. Then later that day we had a letter in the door from the condo manager saying that everybody had to register their vehicles to be parked in the parking lot. We went to the office because we didn't want our truck towed and were told that they don't allow airbnb's in the building. That didn't make us feel very welcomed and how do you enjoy the amenities listed if you aren't supposed to be there

Was a great clean place in a great part of town. Felt comfortable and safe. Would stay here again!
